One great way to improve your odds of success, is to have a personal trainer at your home. A great PT plans everything, from your in-depth initial consultation through to your personalised programming, designing it specifically for you- based on your goals, your schedule and your body.

Training at home allows my clients to make the most of their downtime. They don’t need to leave the house, navigate any additional traffic or driving, and they don’t even need to worry about how they look. They simply roll out their yoga mat, in their home, garden, or own gym and begin their private one-to-one session.

Although my clients have a general weekly plan, we still touch base each Sunday to just fine tune their schedule. “A last-minute meeting in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday? No worries, lets bump that session back 2 hours.” “The kids have a football match on Saturday? Ok, let’s move it to Sunday instead?” “Off to Saudi for a conference? Let’s plan an online session and I can send you some video workouts to follow if you have time.”

My PT sessions utilise either your own weights and equipment or mine, which is thoroughly cleaned and suitably stored between each client.
