
Client Suad who enrolled in a programme for weight loss and strength and conditioning in 2025. Over the years she had worked with numerous trainers/systems, but found motivation waning, we worked on making her workouts fun and motivating yet still demanding.

Client Savitha was looking for a complete health and fitness overhaul. We worked together on creating a programme which included: making better food choices, improving sleep, better posture and building overall fitness- via cardio, yoga/stretching and free-weights.

Client Zara who joined my programme with her mum so they could both get fit together. And wile they workout side by side, their programmes differed as they were tailored to suit each woman’s needs and objectives.

Client Fallastine joined my programme three-months after giving birth to her second daughter. She was ready to lose the additional weight she had added during her pregnancy and we created a programme to suit her schedule. From the outset she was very driven and really drilled down on her nutrition, eating a great natural balanced diet while we worked three times per week. Within the first month she had lost 3.5kg safely and sustainably. Fallastine’s workouts fascinated her toddler who also joined in for some fun workouts, proving that kids really do get inspired by their parents fitness journeys!
